About the Conference

Candid dialogue among partners

The Oxford Semiconductor Conference traces its beginnings to a chance conversation over coffee between a Marshall Scholar and a British civil servant on sabbatical at Oxford. From that exchange, a team came together around a shared conviction: that candid dialogue among democratic partners is indispensable to technological and economic security.
